Request data deletion

Tell us which Youbot conversation or account your request concerns.

To request deletion of information handled by Uvega FZE LLC through youbot.live or a Youbot messaging connection, email hello@saveaday.ai with the subject “Youbot data deletion request.” Identify the business or visitor link, the channel you used, and the account or phone number needed to locate the information. Do not send passwords, access tokens or message transcripts by email.

We may ask you to verify your identity before acting. We will review information in the shared relay and UVEGA-operated services and explain what we can delete. If the conversation is held in another business's own Youbot instance, contact that business as well; it controls its instance and may have its own retention obligations. Some records may be kept where necessary for security, legal obligations or disputes.

You can also clear visitor-chat history and drafts stored on your device using your browser settings. Read the privacy notice for more about the information handled and retention.
