Make it yours
Start with one useful job.
A good concierge knows who it represents and when to ask for help. Keep the first version focused, then expand it as you learn from real conversations.
Give it a purpose
In your concierge settings, choose a name, introduce yourself and describe what visitors can ask about. For example: “Help people learn about my design practice, collect project enquiries, and ask me before confirming a meeting.”
Share useful context
Add information you want it to use: your services, general availability, frequently asked questions and preferred tone. Keep private information out of public-facing context unless sharing it is intentional.
Set boundaries
Review enabled tools, safety settings and approval requirements. Give access only to the capabilities your concierge needs. Instructions guide AI behaviour; permissions and approvals provide additional controls.
Try it as a visitor
Open the visitor link in a separate browser session. Ask a simple question, then one that should require your attention. Check both the reply and the conversation in the owner dashboard before sharing the link more widely.
